What is good 'ol BxBlues doing these days! I'm on TikTok ya'll!
And I'm dealing with Sinless Perfectionists and Hyper-gracers!
Hyper-Gracers are just as theologically clueless as the sinless perfectionists with their bad-bible reading.
Consider the following:
So now I'm dealing w/ some sort of hyper-grace person on TT, and this guy is just as stubborn as the sinless perfectionists! LOL
I don't even know where this guy is coming from but he doesn't seem to have a clear understanding of the basic reading of the text.
He somehow thinks that we can't be perfect and the apostles expected us to be perfect so therefore we shouldn't repent or continue living by faith, b/c that's considered "works"! ????
What the??
How ridiculous.
He wants to try and pin me down w/ his perhaps narrated and rehearsed questions but I might have him trapped in defining what the apostles goal was in all their exhortations to the churches about holy living - if they weren't able to achieve it.
If he answers, he expected them to be "morally perfect" then that's quite impossible and doesn't relate to us today and it would apply to us today and today's church but it's NOT what we're seeing even in our own lives! If he says he didn't expect them to be perfect then what was all the exhortations for then??
The truth is, you're either going to think you're perfect like the flawed sinless perfectionists are or you're going to say we need to leave those exhortations alone and just "believe one time"... which is stupid b/c what's the sense of believing and living as though you don't believe which is what makes the distinction between the world and the person of "faith".... how far can they get w/ that argumentation??
Not far at all!
So catch me on TikTok for those of you into Christian apologetics and theological issues concerning Christianity and The Word of God
