Who wants to be popular??

 

Because we're living in the last days, and the apostacy is so great, people - even those who call themselves by God's name are ignorant concerning truth and true worship of God. They don't truly know their Bibles, and because of this, they have no power over sin, they're not assembling in a local church; they don't have power, joy or love in their lives, and many are only fooling themselves w/ religion.

They don't see the importance of separating themselves from the world and/or don't know how to separate from the world.

I'm constantly mocked about having low numbers of subscribers and followers on my social media outlets but I'm never discouraged.

I've early on determined that this thing I do (which I recently recognized as a Gospel ministry) isn't about ME; it's not about making friends or increasing the numbers of followers, it's about speaking up for truth in a culture where speaking up is discouraged, and soon to be outlawed.

My message isn't one of popularity and prosperity nor even a pleasant message. It's more like a call to sacrifice yourself - which is the double-edged sword of Biblical truth. Christ's call to salvation means NEW BIRTH but only at the cost of DYING TO SELF.


As Americans we're losing our Constitutional rights and even now, many people can't see this happening.

I'm doing my part so that when that time comes, it'll help to at least say, "I knew it!" rather than, "What on earth is going on here?!"....

The latter expression would be too great a regret for me to tolerate!

So I rather be that watchman on the wall in Ezekiel 33 warning people because I see so many asleep and distracted.

That distraction is how Satan operates! Satan and his worldly system puts people to sleep this way and then comes the rude awakening.

Those who name the name of Christ must wake up and mature fast b/c the days are evil, and the Christian walk is that of war... not only for self but for others.

Christian joy is recognized in knowing that Christ has already conquered and because He has conquered, we too will conquer. But it's understanding and believing this WHILE WE'RE IN THE WAR which is never easy.

We need spiritual reinforcements for ourselves and for others and those can only be obtained by much prayer, fasting, and meditation. This is what abiding in Christ is all about.

Who can stand?
Only the person who has built their house on the Rock that is Christ.

The bullying of Christians

The elites move against home schooling and parental freedom

The following link is an interview with Elizabeth Bartholet the Harvard professor who is continually  trying to ban homeschooling in America.  

She says she isn't but you wouldn't know it based on all the objections she has against homeschooling.

She tried to bring about a conference with many other like-minded "educators" and legislators in the month of April but thank God that conference was cancelled due to the stay-at-home orders after the Covid crises.  

But she's still out there and the itch to attack a parent's rights of home schooling will no doubt continue.  Her objections are not only honest but they're not masked of overt bias.

One of her main complaints against homeschooling is that there could be a threat of isolation that children could have to endure at home.

But what kind of isolation is she referring to?   The isolation of a public school- like education.   As laughable as that might seem, she's actually serious.

You'd wonder ... Is she not aware of how poor we're educating public school children and how dangerous it's become for children in government schools?     

The rates of failure in reading proficiency and mathematics...  Children are graduating in huge numbers with an average 5th grade reading level every year.  And then the bullying and the lack of control teachers have over the children; the countless cases of physical and sexual abuse, etc. -- especially in the inner-cities.      

Every parent would want to isolate their children from those problems!    

She lists many other issues against home schooling but another one of the big objections is her problem with parents passing on their world views to their children.   Imagine that!?

Talk about a leftist-progressive bias!  For decades, we've known that the government schools have been allowing special interest groups to slip in and provide material that teaches secularism, bad science and political correctness, etc.  But since the numbers of parents removing their children from government schools has risen, this trend has the "power elites" recognizing this vulnerability to their Antichrist agenda.  

Every single one of those arguments against home schooling is not only weak and defeated, but extremely crystal clearly biased, unconstitutional, and anti-freedom.  

Of coarse, the left has never allowed the US Constitution to get in their way especially when they can just redefine and revise it.  

And that's where our nation is going every day faster and faster... 

The rebellion against God and The King He has set to rule over the nations will soon be squashed but until then, we'll see this Antichrist landslide falling more and more, and faster and faster.   

Let us continue to hold fast to the faith.

Should We Regulate Homeschooling?

The NPR podcast title is "How should we regulate Homeschooling"?  ... And there's so much wrong with that title.  

It demonstrates what Conservatives and Constitutionalists everywhere have called attention to regarding government control.   

Outrageously, the podcast was from the very start, shining a negative or should I say, a treacherous light on Homeschooling.  The podcast begins with a shaky-voiced mother who gives her experience as a Home-school mom.  She tells of a traumatizing story of being brought up in a fundamentalist religious background where her parents home-schooled her, and led her to believe that public school was such a terrible thing.  The podcast leans deep and hard against the rights and privacy of parents to home-school their own children, and the movement to start shedding negativity against parental rights and home-schooling is on the move.  This is how it starts, via negative propaganda.   "Big Brother" is still around, and he's alive and well!

Despite all evidence on how home-schooling overly benefits our children's intellectual needs over our failing government schools, still, the move to point to atrocities of individual cases, are being put upfront in the media to scare the public against Homeschooling.     

Government is seeing the growing trend of Homeschooling, and they're moving against it.  Power-hungry tyrants own this playbook, and they've used it over and over again in history.

Should Christians get involved in politics and if we do, what should it look like?

It's a fine line and can get pretty complicated.  If we as Christians get involved in politics we must bring God's Word into a political platform. If we do, will we be able to properly fit into our current left or right political platforms?

Beware of those who state that this can be easily done or that God's Word, the Bible can fit easily into any political platform we have now in the US.  

While it's a shame not to have ANY political voice today and stay away from anything going on in the culture, it's just as bad to try and force the Word of God into our current Democratic or Republican political platform which by and large, is a man-made pragmatic and moralistic creation.  

Look out for my podcast coming soon, where I'll try and tackle this subject.  Hopefully, I'll drag this subject back out for someone out there and get us to continue talking about it.
