On this Resurrection Day, I thought it would be interesting to go into our confession of faith to study on resurrection and the state of man after death.
-The Soul/Spirit is used interchangeably in scripture. Man is flesh and spirit/soul. Death is separation, not an end to existence. (i.e. "The soul that sins shall die"); Adam died spiritually when he sinned against God, and his soul/spirit was separated from God; as well as physically kicked out of the garden.
-The destination of the souls of the righteous and the wicked experience different realms. The righteous are in paradise awaiting the redemption of their bodies in God's presence but the wicked are in utter darkness awaiting the final judgment which will take place on a day appointed by God.
It's a globalist agenda that means to distract and to capture more and more people's minds away from reality, truth, and condition them into further cultural rebellion against God.
Crazy Wide-eyed woke woman is part of our American education system! Say it isn't so yo!
How sad!
Those who don't know or fear God influencing young folks on fluidity and crack-pot "science" to exacerbate the culture of death and suicide of those who are already confused.
The hate we're seeing surrounding this conflict in Israel is of Biblical proportions. Only the spiritually blind can fail to see that what's unfolding in the Middle East is exactly what we read in the Bible.
I myself have gone back and forth between the idea of whether or not Israel should just stop the war, and insist on retaining the lives of those who have been captured as hostages by Hamas.
However, the circumstances in Israel are beyond the scope of what most here in the West can understand. Israel has lived far too long with the constant threat against their very existence among absolute radicals who are beyond human reasoning.
The West has for so long been bombarded by far-left propagandas and our youth are now marching in the streets expressing the same demonic homicidal hatred and most without a full understanding of why.
Yet what's happening in Israel might be the prophetic hook that'll force and guide world powers into this escalating violent drama as well.
As Christians, we must continue praying that God's will be done and to strengthen us so that we might maintain clarity at such a time as this.
Many Reformed believers will deny that God is still including Israel in His prophetic timeline but I do believe Israel as a nation, has a purpose despite their spiritual blindness.
Can we still say that "Israel is God's chosen nation"...
No.
But God is still not done with "The Jews" as a people. He will call them back as a nation (re-graphded in The Vine), and they will recognize their Messiah in repentance (as it is written).
All those who deny the wickedness of the heart that exists and continues to grow against life. They KNOW it's life and they just don't care. When you legislate evil, evil increases. It's just that plain and simple. Here's to all those who continue to deny this reality. We're back to those primitive pagan days in humanity where the sexual anarchy of human depravity just wants to do, what the trajectory of human depravity wants to do. Welcome to Sodom and Gomorrah. Welcome to Greco Roman paganism revisited.
Protect life, and you'll be called "disgusting" but deny life, belittle life, suck it through a tube or chop it up in the womb, and it's called, "Bodily Autonomy" and "ending pregnancy", "reproductive healthcare"... or even worse, "A woman's right".
But God is not mocked! This is all done because the world HATES the image of God in humanity: "All those who hate me, love death"
They'll find whatever possible to equivocate against the truth of God.
"Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter!" - Isaiah 5:20
Does she know her "friend" is prideful about this act for which she's unable to show her face? It's shameful for her but not for him? This is indeed shameful and I pray she'll come to know it is and repent truly before her and her dead baby's Creator soon.
She's still a mother... a mother of a murdered baby.
The man who's helping her destroy her baby doesn't care for her at all. He doesn't care about the repercussions that'll possibly come in full regret of what she's doing - because as a noticeably effeminate man, he's probably in rebellion against manhood as well as womanhood, in his cultural and biological confusion.
We are in the end of the age ... The apostacy is here, the persecution of the Saints is here, and there's enough antichrist to go around! We're not waiting on events to unfold in Israel, nor awaiting a "rapture" - escape plan. We're waiting on The Lord Himself. (Check out my Beast System series podcasts)
2 Peter 3:
Know this first of all, that in the last days mockers will come with their mocking, following after their own lusts, 4and saying, “Where is the promise of His coming? For ever since the fathers fell asleep, all continues just as it was from the beginning of creation.” 5For when they maintain this, it escapes their notice that by the word of God the heavens existed long ago and the earth was formed out of water and by water, 6through which the world at that time was destroyed, being flooded with water. 7But by His word the present heavens and earth are being reserved for fire, kept for the day of judgment and destruction of ungodly men.
8But do not let this one fact escape your notice, beloved, that with the Lord one day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years like one day. 9The Lord is not slow about His promise, as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing for any to perish but for all to come to repentance.
10But the day of the Lord will come like a thief, in which the heavens will pass away with a roar and the elements will be destroyed with intense heat, and the earth and its works will be burned up.
11Since all these things are to be destroyed in this way, what sort of people ought you to be in holy conduct and godliness, 12looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be destroyed by burning, and the elements will melt with intense heat! 13But according to His promise we are looking for new heavens and a new earth, in which righteousness dwells.
This is an interesting round table conversation on humanism and transhumanism. What I like is that it bridges the minds and perspectives of different people's focus. You get to see the wheels turning into people's thinking and mentality, and how they derive at certain perspectives. Watch the video and analyze this for yourselves.
The secularist rejects the notion of eternity or eternal life b/c we see a lifespan w/in the universe (a time of a beginning and a breaking down).
-They of coarse, don't realize that God is OUTSIDE of time and our souls belong to God. The Spiritual world has a reality outside of the bounds of time. We see this in scripture.
-A new heavens and a new earth are mentioned in the text of scripture. "The former things will pass away".
-A "post human era" is spoken about a lot in this culture, and what is meant by this phrase?
No longer needing to be dependent on the lifespan that we have (given to us) and the course of human trajectory.
They want to control life: birth and death. They want to expand lifespan and control lifespan.
-Crispr (technology)
-Gene editing and manipulation
-We're in a Transhuman era: A mix between human and machine (computers) transition into a "better and more humane" era for humanity. Gene manipulation. Not allowing the limitations of our genetic makeup.
-Cryonics (suspension) a procedure unlike freezing human bodies this is a different method of preserving the body.
It's said that bodies are no longer alive but aren't dead either??.... what Frankenstein craziness is this???
-Long term memory does exist in animals after being "suspended" in Cryonics method.
-Cryonics is said to have brought back to life extinct animals (?)
-Cryonics seems to be a holding method (waiting for the technology to advance) in order to "bring you back to life" (?)
-More than $40,000 to freeze yourself (or suspend your body by this Cryonics method)... Covered by certain life insurance.
-They want a human that is more intuitive, less aggressive, less greedy, less synical, less untrusting...? .... Not only to extend your life but to build a "better you" - physically as well as mentally.
-Notice how the lady responds to the dude w/ the hat who suggests that instead of dealing w/ longer life and the expense of these things as it'll mainly be a thing for the rich, stating we should be concentrating more on "starvation", ... immediately, the lady gets triggered.
-The gentleman with the hair had a lot of good points, "Before we're trans-human or post-human, we should learn how to be human.".
-He also says that transhumanism is just another human project b/c we will never transcend humanity. Awesome and truthful point.
-The subsequent speaker says, "I think it's beautiful to be human"... wow, well said! Is it no wonder that afterwards he makes reference to God knowing our human sufferings.
I think if we recognize the narrative of God's creation as seen in holy scripture, we can learn and have confidence for a more rubust understanding of what humanity is. Something that definitely gets lost in secular humanism.
He also says that although science is fascinating but it can't have us asking "What kind of human is it worth being?".... More intrinsic questions that lead to self worth ("fundamental to our humanity").
*The very last question she asks the dude (coincidently with the same hair as hers) is "Do you love life..do you want to stop it?"... which I think is the bugged out - bottom line endeavor of these weird elite types: Searching for the holy grail of eternal life without God.
Does she believe in her mentality that unless you want to live forever, you don't truly love life?
It escapes her what the man was alluding to in that, we should be satisfied w/ the course of our life and end of life. "I love chocolate but I don't want to eat it every day"....LOL
That's good!
I don't think she's willing to accept that.
And The Lord of all glory says in His Word:
"And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent." - John 17:3
Our brethren in Nigeria are being slaughtered and the world sits by, does nothing. The hatred of Christ has never stopped.
“The terrorists waylaid innocent and defenseless Christians,” Kwewum said. “These killings and destruction have become daily occurrences – and in several of the communities the terrorist attack, crops in the field are destroyed; houses including Christian worship centers are sometimes set ablaze.”
The masacre continues unabated and the world turns their eyes away from whole families being murdered. Pray for these Christians in Nigeria.
Nigeria led the world in Christians killed for their faith last year (Oct. 1, 2020 to Sept. 30, 2021) at 4,650, up from 3,530 the previous year, according to Open Doors’ 2022 World Watch List report. The number of kidnapped Christians was also highest in Nigeria, at more than 2,500, up from 990 the previous year, according to the WWL report.
Another massacre! Lord stand near those families who have to go through this living nightmare in Texas and in New York . Let us groan and mourn with those who are in endless pain and turmoil. Lord have mercy on us! The world won't address this correctly because it CAN'T. "... and the way of peace thy have not known". Prayers for those loved ones of all those lost, hurt and affected by this depravity. 🙏
The fangs of the pro-death side come out, and they don't care about making political sense, laying a moral stance, or benefitting human kind in any way.
Anyone who calls "Murder care", Healthcare, has drank the cool 'aid.
Anyone who says murdering our offspring is the best plan to heal the social ills of poverty, injustice etc., has gotten drunk on the cool 'aid, etc.
When you can't make sense for maintaining an American holocaust on every street corner in the nation, you have to bring on the violence because....
What did He mean by that? There are those who (for some odd reason) hate talking about a Pre-Tribulation rapture of the church. It's become very trendy (and you know Christians love their trends) to argue against a Pre-Trib. Rapture! :) But The Lord, in Scripture, gives us a language of expectation. He wanted us to be on the look out for Him while we go about doing our Father's work. He said we should be observing the times. But many will say, "Why didn't He come in the first century or during WW2... many people at that time thought it was the end time too"! Absolutely, but the Bible also states, "We're closer now than when we first believed". I don't believe The Lord wanted us to be UN- EXPECTANT or indifferent concerning His coming. In fact, it's impossible to be indifferent with what we're seeing today going on in the world. The progression of evil, pain and suffering is for OUR LIFETIME, supposed to lead us to acknowledge the hope that we live for. I believe THIS is the language of the scriptures. Not to set dates.... but to stand firm, and "..LOVE HIS APPEARING". Not to have that or walk in that perspective is to diminish ones hope that He placed upon our hearts to begin with. I believe it comes with the territory of knowing Christ in ones life. So while evangelicals might be still embarrassed about those "left behind" movies, we shouldn't be embarrassed about The Lord's instruction to keep watch for His coming. I believe, there are a few parables that lead us in that direction also. The darker it gets out there, the brighter it should be in our hearts.
I once thought to myself that there are about 3 distinct and generalized signs of the last days that The Lord gave us, and in which we should be observing before His appearing: #1- The persecution of true believers #2- Cataclysmic changes in/on and around the earth #3- Deception of all sorts: Religions, doctrine, false teaching, false Christianity, etc. All of that has been manifesting more and more every day. Our children no longer know The Lord, and there's no fear of God in their hearts. And that is the evidence of God's judgment upon us. Now all there's left is to pray for our nation, for mercy from Heaven, and say, God's will be done. And with that, carry on with our mission to continue evangelizing and sharing the Gospel of hope of God's salvation, and of His appearing. God bless.
With all that's being said about this new pandemic, it's clear that on the one hand, there is reason to have concern and take precaution, and on the other hand, there is unproductive and looping coverage in the media -- and panic has set in around the country. But for Christians, as always, there is a perspective that needs to be well thought out and as always, it must come from a well grounded understanding of God's Word. How should Christians think and deal with this new threat among us? How should we represent ourselves and what should be our message to all our neighbors in this predicament?
